Default wtf is going on here?

I will post some pictures after I get out of school...

Anyways, I get out of my car today and I turn around to look at it while I'm walking away like I always do and... WTF is that I see on the fender, it's making a weird reflection/wave that is abnormal to the flow of the car, is that bird shit? Hmmm let's take a closer look. I walk over and there is a giant piece of clear coat bubbling off my car, you gotta be fist f@#king me!!! How the hell did this happen? This actually started about a month and half ago, about a week after waxing a tiny bubble popped up, ok annoying dunno how this happened but it was very small. Since then I have waxed once more, maybe twice I can't remember, but all was good until now. There is now a giant strip of clear peeling off. Why is this happening? Is this going to keep happening? Is there a way of stopping this? Should I just buy a new fender? (A guy has one for $250 in the classifieds) Any input would help, even if it's making fun of how I write.

Again I will put up a picture in about 5 hours from the time of this post

Who ever did the paint job didn't do enough preping. Too much bondo, not enough sanding, etc...

Sounds like your car has had some paint work done to it

There's your answer. You'll need to take it to a reputable body shop. Shouldn't be an arm and leg to respray a fender.

ok this makes sense now then... when I first bought the car this fender was off just a smidge at the door and hood and the color at certain light seemed a little darker than the door but I inspected everything when I bought it, the jams all blended, no over spray, no accidents on a report and the guy that owned it said he bought it that way...

How do you post pics from a phone, I can't find anything about it

not everything is reported on carfax, etc..

there should be a vin# on the fender in the engine bay if its original.
