Tired of this crap
went out to my car, and noticed door dings on my passenger side door....many....some of which took off the paint....the actual dents are not bad, but are noticeable if you are flush with the side of the car..what/how can i get rid of these marks? there are dents on the drivers side door from a previous owner i am pretty sure a paintless dent-remover could take care of that....i have 0 experience with body work, live in Austin Tx, maybe is there a shop that could fix this?

Just have the PDR guy knock out those dents, but make sure it's done by someone with experience. Your local body shops should be able to give a good recommendation on someone.
As far as the scratches, try an OTC scratch remover. Whatever is left will have to be wetsanded and buffed. If they are deep to where you can catch it with your nail, you'll have to apply touch up paint first before wetsAnding.
This should minimize most of the defects, start with the dents and scratch remover first and decide if that not enough for you.
The swirls covering your vehicle will need to be machine polished. A porter cable withe menzerna sip and 85rd are popular, but there are many threads and opinions on this.
