I have a series of small stone chips on the front bumper. Saw a video which shows ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SKeQGknDn_w ) spreading the matched color of your car and then, with a soft cloth, you apply a solution to dress off the excess paint. I can get touch-up paint locally but I'm wondering what the chemical they use for dressing out the paint? Is it something I can purchase locally and use for this purpose?
