Talking Seibon TF-style CF or CR rear spoiler help

Have a few questions about drilling and where to place the mounts to match a CR appearance

Does the spoiler come with and hardware?
A stencil on where it goes on the trunk?

Hope this was not already asked... Search is not working today!

I've got the Seibon CF TF style that I'll be mounting this weekend. It comes with hardware, however, I'll probably pick up some bigger diameter washers to help more evenly spread the downforce across the trunk lid. It does not come with a stencil or any installation guide.....guessing I'll be eyeballing it.

I'll post pics when I'm done.

I think I am going to measure the location of the spoiler on a CR and try to match it.

I installed the MG Style Wing and I measured it on my own.

It took some time and patience, but it came out perfect.

If you really want it perfect measuring is the way to go.

I don't know about the other wings Seibon makes, but the mounts that came with mine are curved to the shape of the trunk and using other wings as a guide was useless.

I got it installed today at a local shop...
Here are the measurments for anyone that has one to put on..

from the front of the foot to the edge of the trunk 6-1/8"

from the center line of the front foot (same place as you measured before) to the side edge of the trunk lid 8" plus or minus 1/8"

I will post pics soon....

Update with pictures?

My main question is how is the "QUALITY" of Seibon since I am really afraid of quality issues?

Also if you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for the spoiler? Or where can I buy it from?

thanks in advance!

Like all CF parts from any company, weave and fitment are really never guaranteed. But from what I had before, a few CF parts from Seibon, they are mostly of good quality, fitment, weave, and strength wise.
