Are you trying to paint it yourself? Im confused as to what sort of help you're actually asking for. If you just want the color changed there isn't really anything you need to "convert".........just take the car to a bodyshop

also wondering what kind of information you are looking for.
Rio yellow is very expensive. and is a 3 stage if I remember correctly, dont quote me on that cause its been a while. I havent sprayed it in about a year since it is a pretty rare color and hardly ever see that color car come through the shop. The last thing I sprayed rio yellow was for a forum member, was a trunk spoiler that I shaved the emblem setting on. Gorgeous color.
but there is nothing that you need to do yourself unless you are well versed in body prep and painting. Its the same process as any other paint job.
More details on what you would like to know would help.

I stripped my car myself and did most of the prep work so that saved me a lot of money. You need to know what youre doing though as i have a history in auto body. I opted to not paint my engine bay at the moment since its still yellow and doesn look that bad. I did paint all jambs (door and trunk) and removed all the soft top trim. Car needs to stripped down to almost nothing to do a color change. Plan to spend at least $3500.00 and up to $5000.00 or more depending on the shop. Rio is a 3 stage color with a yellow base, a pearl coat and then the clearcoat. The materical itself is very exspensive.
