Talking Repairing a BYS Style Rear Wing

I was wondering how to fix a bys wing that I have.. I got it cheap so I figure it would be a good project and get me a wing I like.. Here is what I'm wondering:

What materials should I use?? (Epoxy, fiberglass, something else..)
Also how can I reinforce the tips so it won't crack off after repair??

Any help would be appreciated...
