Rear Bumper Splotch / Discoloration
Has anyone else seen this happen? What on earth has occurred here?
This bumper is original paint. Car is stored inside and outside, mostly inside. Has about 90,000 miles on it and rear bumper has never been off the car.

Would love some thoughts on possible fixes as well. Not opposed to getting it resprayed as my front bumper is chipped up a bit, but should I polish it? Try other products?
Thanks!

Sadly I have tried clay bar, I think it's set into the paint now... =(
Thank you for the suggestion though. Maybe I'll take it to a Honda Dealer or a paint shop soon and get their two cents.

That looks like a spot repair/paint that someone may have done in the past. It could have been done at a bodyshop or one of those mobile guys at a dealership lot. Your best bet is to get your bumper repainted.
