Hardtop - $2100
https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/826...#entry20929858
Painted with window and all hardware they come out to ~2100. Should be easy enough to install yourself. DIY here:

Soft top - $500 self install, or $500 + 10ish hrs of shop labor.
I have an EZ-on Top and love it. It comes with the instructions and all required modifications to convert from plastic window to glass. DIY here:

If you want a good Mugen Clone (whatever) hardtop, Look up Spyder562's seller thread. I bought a double sided CF painted (painted the top, sides are carbon)with lexan window installed for ~$2600. The only down side is people keep touching the ceiling and its gets finger prints all over it. He responds really fast to PMs here too.
On a related note, I had my soft top (my06) replaced as "goodwill" at the dealership for the rip we get at the back corners. I paid $300 for it, but I got the total invoice. ~$3000 for everything including labor. The invoice wasn't broken out, it was more of a piece of paper from them showing me how good their "goodwill" was. It was done at Vandergriff in Dallas Tx.
Side note: You really didn't say which way you were leaning, but if you are going to put a hardtop on the car, why fix such a minor (in the grand scheme of things) rip? If the top is otherwise ok, and you feel the hard top will stay on it most of the time, just leave it the way it is. No sense in buying both, and folding one up in the back to hardly if ever be used. It's also cheaper.
Here is Spyder's post for his hard tops: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/826...-1275-shipped/
