My car got raped... Is it totaled?
So..... I got rear ended then smashed the truck in front of me.. The frame doesnt look bent in the front from what i can tell but the rear is bent. Not too bad, but it isn't straight... Car still drives, no leaks...
Car is an 06 with 49k kbb trade in says 19.xxx and private party 21.xxx
I don't know what to think, like i said looks mainly costmetic.. But everything on these cars are $$ so idk....
Am I going to be stuck driving a crashed car or getting a fat check?
Thanks for your input...

Sorry but there is no way that doesn't have some frame damage on top of all the visible damage. It might be fixable but I would be very hesitent. Your better off fighting to get a check and buying a new one. Good luck man at least your ok.

I'm def hoping its totaled... Hopefully their goal is to total it as well, but insurance is always out to screw you, so...
It has some basic stuff... Skunk 2 coilovers, sway bar, header, tp, bunch of audio and other comfort mods...

ide guess $10500 -12000 damage depending on the shop and the quality and most insurance wants an 80% damage to value. Some insurance companies are 100% damage to value. for your sake I hope it is totalled though. I would not want the car after that

what part of Florida are you in. If near the Tampa area I suggest Kuhn Collision in Tampa, great work and IF there is any frame damage they have an AWESOME Brand new frame rack that measures to a tenth of a MM from 360 DEGREE perspective to make sure the frame is 100% as well as pillars and panels.
