Default MUGEN STYLE HARDTOP

i am looking at the sale section and it seems like everyone is selling there mugen style hardtops or wanting to trade for something else.........

does anyone have a hint as to why ? is there something not great about them ? etc........thanks!!

A lot of people need money, so selling things like hardtops/rear diffusers and such makes sense in this economy.

I see a couple of them selling their Mugen style hardtop for OEM because they prefer the real deal. Nothing against companies that makes these replicas. Some people come to realize that fitment isn't so great upon installation. Therefore they sell it to either get what they bought it for or trade with an OEM or authentic one.

Yes the OEM sits on top once you lower your soft top down.

Since the spoon is a 2 piece...does the second piece cave in to allow the the first piece for trunk acess?

no, you have to unbolt it.
