Missing paint on the bottom of the bumper, can it be fixed?
So I have some chipped paint on the bottom of the my front bumper on the passenger side.
Can this be repaired without repainting the whole bumper? Most places want $300-$600 to repaint it and I dont have that money right now. I bought berlina black paint in a spray can and I bought a ebay lip. The Ebay lip is pretty warped but I hear heating it should help with that.
I was thinking of prepping the area and spraying over it with the can, and then putting the lip on. But im not sure how it would end up looking and what prep work I should do.
Any recomendations?

I'm not positive but I think the lip should cover that section of the bumper if you were just worried about appearance/covering it up.
Not too familiar with painting so I'll leave that to someone else...

It will look like you spray painted your bumper...if you want it done proper then yes the whole bumper needs to be painted.. 400-600$ is normal.. As for the lip. Best thing you can do is heat it. If you can wait until summer ,set it in the sun for an hour and that really should loosen it up enough for you to work with it.

I am using a lip to cover a small crack in the lower section of my bumper as well.
i used an online company to supply me with the plastic primer, high build primer, silverstone paint, and clear- plus some odds and ends ($70). I just did the front OEM (!)lip i picked up on ebay ($205 including the bumper- also in need of a repaint as its GPW). hardware was $57.
try here.

i am very impressed with their product and how to videos. This was my first paint project. And as a piece of advice, buy the paint can trigger- it is a critical for comfort when you spray. remove the bumper and spray in your garage.
One can of paint did the entire lip, but no more. A bumper would likely require at least 2 cans.
good luck.

REPORT on PAINT quality- I am posting this as i just mounted the lip. The paint is very nearly OEM quality. I am impressed! I will snap a picture and post here in a few.
