I had a small bubble on my sill so i decided to pop it today. Lots of water was inside the bubble and some rust. In the photos i have cleaned up the area and opened up the first skin alittle to scrape the rust out.

I dont need advice on how to carry out the repair, just advice on how to stop water getting between the skins again. Would it have come from inside with water from the roof?
