Front Bumper, I think?

Front Bumper, I think?
So I let a friend(it wasn't me) drive my new S2000. Apparently they missed the memo when I was sitting next to them that the car has a long front, sigh.
I guess I come here seeking advice. What can I do to fix the damage? They bumped the front up onto the parking curb. I have included a few pictures(I made them links, due to the non cropping).

front #2
I think that I have isolated the "bumper cover", but not sure if that is actually the correct part. Here is the one that I found. "04711-S2A-A92ZZ" from the Honda eStore.
So I guess I have a few questions. Is there an easy fix? Will a lip cover it? Do I need to get a whole new bumper cover? While purchasing this from the eStore does it come pre-painted?
Thanks,

Fair enough. Do you know the part number for the oem lip(I didn't see one in the picture where I pulled the part number from)? Is there a matching back lip?
Please excuse my ignorance, but I have never really had anything aftermarket except my shift knob.

That doesn't look too bad. I'd bet that a decent body shop could repair it. However, if you just want to cover it up, an OEM front lip would probably do the trick. Assuming your car is Silverstone, I believe the correct part # is 08F01-S2A-181 according to Majestic Honda.
P.S. Don't let your friend drive your car anymore. Also, make him/her pay for the repairs or the front lip.

Honestly it isn't too bad; however, this is my second S, and I really wanted to keep it mint(there goes that idea). I'll have to check around with the body shops as well. My local Honda dealer wanted about 550 pre tax *ouch* for a front OEM lip.
As for letting them drive it.. Yeah, nobody but me is driving it from now on. Consider that lesson learned. I would make them pay for it, but their budget is a lot tighter than mine.
