So the clear coat is starting to come off on my left side. Went around to a few body shops. They all agree it would be best to paint the whole car. Macco quoted me $600 for the basic and 1300 for their premium clear coat base coat. Another body shop said 1800 and the third quoted 3000. I'm leaning towards the premium macco...any thoughts?

Take the 3000$ job.. Dude maaco is not where you want to take your car... Depends on the quality you want. You want crap .. Go to maaco. You want quality take it to a real body shop. I paint cars for a living and 3k for a real paint job is actually half the price of what we charge.
