Default Carbon fiber rear cap for single exhaust ANY CUTTING?

So I've been trying to get as much info as I can about S2000's as I can. I really like the look of a single exhaust on them . My questions is I have seen carbon fiber caps for the s2k but how do you go from this (image under)

To this (image under) Any cutting involved? Sorry for the sideways pics took them off google and this is how it got saved

You sell the AP2 bumper(top) and replace it with an AP1(bottom).

Good question as I'm doing the same thing. I already have my AP1 bumper, but I'd like to know who makes the best carbon fiber single exhaust cap: GT Motoring or Heel Toe Auto?

When I did the google search alot came up with the Heel Toe Auto. But even with the AP1 bumper is there still cutting or bending of anything to fit the carbon cover?
