recently picked up an authentic mugen hardtop that was repainted. I was told its painted berlina black. i didnt really check it out nor did i care at the time of purchase since my car is GPW. doesnt really matter but i am trying to buy some touch up paint to touch up some areas.

i thought berlina black was more of a black black with no metalltic flakes in it? just wanted to make sure, can someone confirm. thanks



not the best picture but it looks like it has gold/blue/white or silver flakes.

My 00' BB has nothing other than black in the paint. No flakes at all unfortunately...

My MY01 BB contains no flakes either. I don't see much of a bad thing though, it may not match exactly but still looks nice with the flakes.

i have GPW so any black will do, just wanted to pick up some touch up paint thats all.

probably another oem honda black . not "berlina" for sure.
was this one for sale on craigslist in san jose????? if so i am glad i didnt make the 4 hour drive to check it out.

it is not nighthawk for sure, we have a black TL in the family and i detail it often and know exactly what that looks like

nope, this one was from an s2ki member in daly city.

although i did check out the one in san jose on craigslist as well. i passed on it, there was a weird circle about 5inches in diameter near the front passenger side. also it had a bad paint job, lot of orange peel
