Default Track day at Pueblo

I can't seem to add a pole to my previous thread so I'll make a new one.

I called Pueblo and every weekend is completly booked from March 11th - November.

So I'm thinking we should go for the first Sunday in March The 5th.

Price is $60 for a half day and $100 for a full day. I doubt we will have enough to get the track for an exclusive day so it will just be an open track.

Please vote in the poll one way or the other.

Josh - It sounds like a good idea to me. Count me in.

Jah - Don't worry about being the slowest on the track, I have that covered .

I will definitely be up for that. Give me a chance to see how crappy I drive. Thanks for setting this up Josh,

YOU ROCK.

Do we need a helmet or anything? what does the track require? Thanks again

helmet good question? not my problem tho, i have one.

need to ask the track management what is required by each driver, maybe nothing and or there might be no one to verify.

any ugly helmet will do

I'm pretty sure you will need a helmet for any test and tune day at the track.
But you can count me in.

I am definatley down to go, I've been wanting some track time. And YES you will need a helmet. I think they are prefering OPEN FACED helmets now due to airbag shattering the jaw when it is deployed, but they aren't too strict on enforcing this right now.

March 5th, sounds great, hopefully we will have good weather.

caution:
there is nothing to say at this point the date is as good or bad as any other day in pueblo. the track could schedule an event.

Jah, any suggestions on how to make sure it's going to be open or just to make sure we'll get on. I sure as hell don't want to drive 3 hours for nothing.
