Default spark plug tsb - scratched cover and stripped screws - John Elway makes it right!

After my disappointment with the service I got replacing my 2001's plugs, and having called the service manager at John Elway Auto Nation, I have received a package from them today - a new cover and new screws!!!

Some of you may have read a previous thread where I complained about the service that I received - the screws were stripped and it looked like the cover had been dropped on the concrete floor.

I finally called, after letting my frustration fester. Little did I know that I would run into a service manager (Brian)who cared enough to say, "I'll make it right." No pissing and moaning, no excuses. Just a request for a picture, and voile', a new cover and screws.

I am a bit nervous to bring my car in to their shop again, but I will, knowing that they stand behind their service, and want to make things right. (Hell, I would be nervous to bring it anywhere!)

Anyone need a slightly used cover? The screws are going in the trash!

Brian did the "Chalk Talk" when I bought my S2K. He said "Mmmmm K" a lot, but he seemed to have a genuine interest in customer service. I would give them a second chance.

I know Brian, he's a good guy. He has been there at least 15 years.

I could use the cover, I want to practice my polishing skills.
