I just checked PMI's website and the 8th and 15th are both reserved. We could move it to either Thursday before or push it back another week to the 22nd

Perhaps tomorrow we should actually call the track and see which days look busy outside of the reserved days!

Edit: How about if we get a realistic head count and perhaps we can just pick a good day and reserve that?

Thats a pretty good headcount, Chuy suggested doing a little deposit to reserve the day. I'll call today to find out if we can reserve the 22nd, unless anyone has any objections!

Update, I just called PMI, well this is kinda interesting, there is a mis-print on their webpage, the 8-10 September US Speedway Series event is actually
9-10 September, so that means the 8th is OPEN.
the 22nd is reserved already, and I double checked the 15th is reserved by the Porsche club.

Here is the deal, we can actually reserve the WHOLE day if we wanted to for 1000. If we go down for a whole day its 100 bux a head, if its a half day its 60. The availability of the track is sketchy, as people call and re$erve days at random there, but, out of the three dates we've all discussed, the 8th is the only friday open.

so what your saying is for $1000 we can reserve the track and then pay the daily charge on top of it, or is it a $1000 and then we all split that
