Drive Labor Day Weekend?
Just curious if were doing one Labor Day Weekend...maybe we can go for a drive, then end up at someones house and have a bbq..I'd be willing to have it at my place, but being in the Springs, we would have to do a drive somewhat in this area...I would love to have 7 or 8 S2K's in my driveway and in front of my house, nice picture!

That weekend sounds good, as long as it is on sunday or monday. A drive and a bbq at someones house sounds good. We should do a Springs drive this time. I have never been on roads down there.

Cripple Creek sounds like a good idea, but.... I'm wondering how busy the roads are going to be in the mountains. Its one of the last three day weekends of the summer, it might be better to do a short drive and a bbq at someones house. Just a thought.

I am down with Sunday and a BBQ. I agree on a shorter drive if we are going to do the BBQ. We really need to find a road with few cars, so you springs guys do some research on a good drive.
Look forward to it, take care,

Carebear~ i talked to Denver, Kyle, & Scott at 2nd Creek. Monday is the only day i can make it. the above mentioned are cool with monday if the rest of the crowd can manage. if not i understand the need to keep it on sunday. if it remains on monday you can count me in as long as you keep your carebear blanket in the trunk.

I'm down for either day. Maybe we could do something simple like just meet at Robert's, do the bbq, and then cruise up Hwy 83. The Springs residents can just turn around at Frankstown and head back to the Springs. If we do this in the Springs, I suggest taking hwy 83 down here anyway!

I am free the whole weekend count me in. How about we all pack a lunch meet at a park maybe on the south side of Denver or where ever is convenient for every one have the end of summer picnic and then decide on a ride.
