When you go to pick up the car, you'll do the usual pleasantries with your salesman. He'll then pass you on to the business manager. He/she will then sit down and explain the warranty, try to sell you an extended warranty, paint protection, rust proofing, etc. He'll tell you about the service dept and give cards for everybody. You'll give him your cheque and he'll give you the bill of sale, NVIS form, other ownership documents. Then he'll surprise you with the "documentation" fee that can be over a 100 bucks. At this point you can whine and cry and threaten to put out of the deal, call in your salesman and just maybe they'll wave it. This is also when you find out about the tire tax, air conditional tax. Did I leave out anything? AND, if they're really cool, which mine wasn't, they give you a di-cast model of your car as a gift. (Got one with my Viper).
