thanks X and Koala. My dad has cancerous tumor in his large Intestine
and is inoperable. The doctors explained to us that if they even move/touch the tumor, he can bleed to death. So basically, he has terminal Cancer. He has accepted the fact that death is imminent.
My brothers and I are in town to arrange for his transfer to hospice
care and arrange for funeral services in case. This way, we are still
able to communicate to him that and he is able to make choices.
My mother is a very strong woman and is sad of course but at the same
time glad that we all came to my father's bedside in order to bid goodbye.
If anyone at all is interested, esp. Xviper, my father is a retired firefighter with 20 years experience as a civilian employee of the US Navy and 20 years with the Alberta Forest service.
God Bless
