Default Springs install

Anyone have an idea how much work it is to change out the springs on the S. I'm not thinking of trying to do it by myself but I was curious as to how much labour is involved in such a project.

I got my coilovers and alignment done for about $280 through Tirecraft on 46th Ave SE/Macleod Tr. Other places might be cheaper but Mike takes really good care with your stuff and does an outstanding job. My 330 and SLK suspension install were performed by him.
