The question i'm wondering is: How bad can the weather gets before we consider a cancellation/reschedule?

 

I would say complete deluge/tropical storm would turn me away

that's right, for the sake of whoever worked night shift. It'll take me an hour to get to Red Deer...

 

It was me that threw a wrench into the works for working night shift the day before.
Hope its still okay that we leave @ 1pm.

Well, it looks like I might have to drop out Things aren't working well for that day, so I'll have to see what happens.

 

Although Red Deer is by no means the metropolis that Calgary or Edmonton is, it's still a fair bit of realestate. You better pick a location that's easy to find for everyone.
