DAve,
Wicked picks, I still have to get mine developed. It was truly a great drive from Calgary to Vancouver.
How come you like to stop in Hope, it is only 110KM outside Vancouver?
I need to get out to Victoria, such a beautiful city and the drive through the first portion of the Coquihalla is beautiful, but definetly the roads leading into and out of Golden are the most exciting. We left Thursday night and stayed over in Golden, then got up at about 5AM MST, 4AM PST and ripped through Revelstoke, Salmon Arm up to Kamloops, and then we met traffic!

I like staying in Hope because it is nestled in a very picturesque area. The drive from Calgary to Hope is just about right for me without rushing, so I stop there in both directions. Also, usually, I continue to Comox, so Vancouver is not my final destination.

The cars you see in that one pic is only those that showed up for the drive. There were a lot more that came to the Bar-B-Q.
