I believe Integras are considered the worst possible risk for theft. Doesn't matter how good your record is when it comes to that. Also I believe insurance co's classify cars into risk categories. It's quite possible that so many Integras are damaged frequently just due to the popularity of the car in the sport compact modding/racing scene that they are just plain considered a high risk vehicle.

Been hanging around on the form for a while, reading up on S2000, really want to buy this car as soon as i get rid of another car i dont want (2000 Audi A4 Quattro), S2K seems like a amazing car, i just need to be in one to get the feel for it... anyways... about this insurance matter.

I dont know what kind of rating a S2000 has (I can find out .. being a insurance broker) but.. being 20 and driving a Lexus isnt easy on the wallet either, tomorrow (monday) i'll check it out.. and post my findings..

(and Yes i know the last post was on the 1st but i HAD to but in .. sorry.. talk about insurance stirs my blood) hahahah

I don't know if they made a mistake or what, but the insurance on my '04 is only $4680 a year in Calgary.

I expect that was a mistake... since thats almost 2 grand less than it was before.
