Default I find that my car is a bit jerky in the morning while cold...

I do let me car warm up before i take it out, but I still get a bit of a jerky ride until the car is really warmed up. I think it usually only last for about a couple of minutes of driving. What could this be? I think this has been like this now for about the past 2 months. I was thinking that could it even be the tires? I've used fuel injection cleaner 2 times in the past 2 months and no difference.

I doubt it's tire pressures but it wouldn't hurt to make sure they're good.
How's the slack in your throttle cable on the engine end?
Have you done the "MAP whack" thing?
How's your air filter look?
Double check that all your vacuum lines and air lines are on securely.
When the car warms up, are all those water lines around the intake (going in and out of throttle body and on the driver's side of the intake) warm or hot?
Maybe consider checking the spark plugs for fouling and tightness.

I wouldn't let the car idle one bit to warm up. It'll warm up faster by driving, and thus... less wear.... better lubrication.

I give mine 30 seconds on the first start of the day if it's hot, warm, or cool out and a minute or two if it's really cold.

I doubt it. That's less time than sitting at a red light.
It takes that long for the idle to settle down.

I completely agree...the issue is more when you first start the car, all of the oil is in the oil pan after sitting over night. If you stop at a red light, oil has already been circulating in the upper engine area's, so you get the proper lubrication.

I think I was just babying the car too much on the first start/drive up the street, which meant i was driving too slow for the gear. I took off after about 30-60 seconds of initial warm up and then just drove it like normal and noticed no problems.
