Is there a TSB for this? If so what Dealer should I take it to?

You said you've tightened the "wheel nuts" to 220 ft lbs. Can you clarify what you mean by wheel nuts? I hope that you didn't tighten the lug nuts that hold your wheels on to that crazy amount of torque! they need about 80 ft lbs...

I found this but it's vibration during acceleration
Seems like it's related

You may have both. If the spindle nut has been too loose for too long, the wheel bearing may be damaged and no amount of nut toruquing will fix it.
A bad CV typically will make the car shake upon acceleration, the harder the acceleration, the more vibration there will be.
You still under warranty? They usually will only do TSBs if the car is still under warranty. Sometimes they'll do it under goodwill if the car is just out of warranty.

As for where to take it, if you're close to Honda West, try them. They seem to be the least incompetent of all the Calgary dealerships that have been reported here.

PS. I torqued my hub nuts long before they ever made any noise. It has not made any since either. I hope I caught mine soon enough.

Thanks for the info X. My car is still under warranty so I will take it in along with the spindle nut TSB.

I'm curious, Since you've installed your supercharger have you had any horsepower related repairs.

None. Just this pesky little oil leak from the oil return fitting on the oil pan. It's not even enough for me to go under there and re-seal it.
