You can get well over -1.5 deg of camber front and rear.
Caster and toe both have a wide range of adjustment.
Zero toe is best for tire life, but you can run some toe without drastically increasing tire wear.

Just had an alignment with Ron at Bert's and it's great.
As far as I'm concerned, ~$100 for an alignment is THE BEST VALUE for tangible improvements on the track. It doesn't get cheaper than this for something that will make a TRUE difference.
Here are the specs I had dialed in:
front caster: +7...oh yeah baby!!! It feels great!!!
front camber: -0.75
front toe: 0
rear camber: -1.75
rear total toe: .14 inches
Ian, are you worried about the all-stock-wonder beating your canard-mobile yet?

Integra Tire on 51st Ave and 99st did a very good job for me. They really cared and dialed in the specs I provided.
I would also recommend Berts. They have been there for 25 years and keep up with technology. There is a lot to say for experience. Old man Bert isn't around any more, but his Sons run the place.

Just wanted to give another vouch for Bert's Auto. Had my alignment done today by Ron, he did an excellent job dialing in exactly what I wanted.
If you need an alignment done, this is the place to go these guys really know their stuff.
