Lotus 7 clones with S2000 motors are relatively popular. It's a really tight fit, though, so the details of the installation can make a big difference between a good build and a bad one.

Looks pretty cool and would look better w/o all the stickers. How much fun would that be w/ a blower

I take it you've never seen an F20 engine squeezed into a Lotus 7. The engine barely fits. No chance you could get a compressor squeezed in there too, I don't think.

Anyway, remember that the whole point of the 7 is extreme light weight. Putting in more and more weight in order to get more and more power is conterproductive for that car.

I've met the owner, its a pretty sweet car. If i recall he trailered it to a show we had last year. Color is definitely cool too

this reminds me of that BBC show when they raced each other starting from putting it together to driving it to the track. I wish I could remember the name of that show =(

I was being a douche. I'm sure that car is just out of handful status as it sits. I don't see how a blower could fit.
