Wrong!

Theft is a Comprehensive Claim, not a Collision Claim. It should not have an effect on your insurance rates.

if they do cut you a check again, after your seats, you should invest in a hardtop

They may question you a bit and look into it deeper to make sure its not fraud the second time around on a theft claim for the same item. In the end you will be fine.
