Damn, I hate these weekday events I really need to get back out there on 4 wheels...
Ray, it would be fun to chop it up with you again! What was that carnage fest that we last attended together called again? Back in '01/'02?

JawKnee, Lol, I can't remember but there were rice parts strewn about the entire track like everybody was looking for an excuse to upgrade to carbon fibre ...... I think I "instructed" for that event since it was the first time Jim Hill had been on a road course ..... we're lucky to have come through that unscathed.
I remembered you seriously almost butt fuqed that one guy going in to turn 2 and you pretty much pooped your pants
Liggy, post up some secret squirrel baller day Lap-Times beotch!!!!

Holy crap. The secret squirrel Ridge day was awesome.
458 Italia
3 Challenge Stradales
Viper ACR
6MT 570 SuperLeggera (1 o 4 in the country, according to the owner.
NSX
Two Z06s
Ariel Atom
I did a 1.51
(as a passenger ) in that insane Viper
Italia 2.00
On my old Star Specs (which felt super grippy at the Ridge and completely heat cycled out at PGP - unofficial time of 2.01 (according to a spectator - my GPS setup wasn't happy with the clouds)
458 with Novitec exhaus = eargasm
I did have the most epic dust cloud (spun T1-T2) I looked like Pigpen from Peanuts all day
Lots of good quality instruction from the Hooked On Driving group. Really nice to have an instructor in a format like this. You could go for a few hot laps, come back - discuss the line and go back out and correct it right away. Still not quite optimal through T1/2 but really got some great tips for some sections that made a HUGE difference.
Only 14 drivers. As much track time as a fella could take. Most everyone left before 5 as it was a looooooooooooooooooong day.
Damn good thing you recommended fluid and pads. Definitely needed the both of them. Of course that meant 4 hours of sleep but it was worth it.
