It is nice that on these lower turnout events that it is basically a lapping day with a lap attack mixed in. I personally did about 100 miles on track today. It was very very wet, and most of the day was spent sliding, but very fun.

Some guy in a z4 stuck it too me all day beating me by on average about a half second per session, and bumped me to 2nd in RWD and I believe 3rd overall. My tires were having a very hard time dealing with the amount of water on track, and ABS and traction control would have been a helpping aid today. For the record, z1 star specs appear to be better in the rain than rs3's. I was a bit slower today than on past rain days on my dunlops. It could have been that the rain was heavier today, or that I was running a wider 225 than the normal 205 on a 15x7 wheel. Either way, it was fun, I felt that with my other tires I may have been able to edge out a victory, and gives me something to shoot for next time.

As the other guy said, I won last time, he got me this time, so we are tied 1 to 1.

I'll sort through video later and post something if there is anything worth posting.

Stars of Motorsport is this Sunday. Limit is eight cars. Forecast is for rain. I should be there racing a competition kart and potentially B-Spec.

Pic from last weekend, it started off with tons of ice on track. It was so bad that they would not let the supermoto guys of track for the first two hours. Instead they made us car guys go out and thaw the track for everyone else... I didn't take any video, mainly cause I didn't want to have anything to remember if I chrashed... But I didn't. Instead I ended up running my fastest ever street tire lap at 1:15.8, and thetrack was not even completely dry. So I would put a potential best lap on a cool dry day at about 1:15.0

I also had a pic taken of my that I think is amazing.

I would like to see some people out at the next lap attack that are a bit more "experienced" is the word that I will use. Though I am guessing that will have to wait intill spring.

I wonder if they had been giving my family the member discount the last time we went? Since they only paid 85. Though I'm a member they never have their card making machine working.
