Is anyone actually going to be at the lap attack? Or is just going to be me chasing myself around the track.

Well if you do come, you should get some new tires, cause those bald as &$&( r888's are gonna suck if it actually rains this time. Though for the last one it was predicting rain up to the day of, and it was one of the best weather days that we have had for racing.

Those bald a$$ tires sucked in the dry too (I think they were done a couple five trips ago heat cycle wise )

I'm planning on it. I get back into Seattle at 8:30 Saturday night, so I'm hoping I'll be functioning in the morning.

I am disappointed with all of you... Not enough people regestered for the lap attack, so they canceled it.

Now I have to wait a whole three extra days for the lapping day!!!

But really I think that it was a combo of the bad weather, people not realizing that a new series was starting, and not knowing that they were backing off on their whole no coolant thing.

I am going to see If I can get enough people to come out reliably enough to these events from the miata forums to for a stock-ish motor miata class. From the people that I have talked with so far, they seem to be very interested about coming to these events it they at least have an outside shot at being competitive. I think that it would be a good way of getting a good number of new faces out anyway.

Damn I wish I was keeping up with this thread. I totally would've signed up if I knew about it. I guess Nov. 14th will be my first time going to PGP on a real car.

Sorry man, I didn't sign up because the forecast isn't looking promising. I was going to play it by ear and show up Sunday if things changed. It sucks for business, but it's gotta be expected as the weather starts turning.

I'm sure a lot of people are just wrapping up their "car season" as well. I know I am. I'd only be able to do the October & November Lap Attacks as snowboard season is starting up and it'll be hard to pull me away from that.
