In car videos from Lap Attack Round 1 below (I apologize for the annoying tire rub sounds - piece of loose fender liner). I posted my fastest lap so far with a 1:10.4 (full track CCW) but wasn't enough to beat a fantastic driver (Kevin) in a fast car on sticky V710's. It was good enough for 2nd place RWD. Not sure what driving background the Atom owner has but that thing will be seriously fast once driven to full capacity. It has 275 Hoosiers on it!

just faxed in my form for the july 16th event. I've only driven the track once in my SM so it might be a rough first time out. Should be a fun night though
so who is going next friday? when i was there this last wed, dietz showed up near the end of the day. i heard him talking with one of his friends and it sounded like he was going to be making a real attempt at a full sweep this time. he also mentioned that there would be an r35 gtr there. it sounded like he was going to be driving it as his AWD car. so don't miss out on that.
i know that i'll be there, pushing my miata around the track, just trying to make the rest of you look even faster...
