If it's above 40F, and dry, I normally leave the top down...

I was out a couple weeks ago and it was 21 degrees outside. Yes, the top was down.

last saturday i went snowboarding, but to get to my friend's house who was driving us to the pass, i had to drive with the top down. It was the only way i could fit my snowboard in my car!

Envision me wearing snowboard goggles at 7am on 405 when its freezing cold out with the top down, haha! people thought i was crazy or else a hardcore snowboarder

A couple nights ago on the 21st (the first official day of Winter), I rode with the top down with my girlfriend in Portland. It felt really good. Heat was high and windows were up, but it felt awesome. First time I've driven top down in about four weeks.
