My track tires are Toyo RA-1s; 255/40-17 rear, and 235/45-17 front on stock AP2 wheels. No rubbing at all, even unshaved. My dry-day autocross tires are 275/40-17 rear, 245/45-17 front, and I don't get any rubbing. My car is stock everything except front sway bar.

i was talking about the wheel well, next to the strut tower or whatever it's called. I don't think i'll have a problem though. I don't think the H&R's are low enough.

no I got some new Enkei wheels light weight 15-16 lbs for 17s.

You can stay in stock class if you auto cross as they are same exact specs as stock but are forged and lighter than stock.

Enkei TRMotorsport F3.

And hard to stay in stock class with 17" wheels when your car had 16" wheels stock.

And, as I understand it, the only third party wheels which are stock legal, as a set, for AP2s are SSR GT7s. Wheels have to be same widths and almost the same offsets as stock wheels to be stock legal.

actually those enkei's do fit stock ap2 specs.
they don't seem like a bad idea. post up some pics silverknight.
btw, i got spt's, great tires but sidewall is kind of soft. for just street driving i think they're a great compromise between grip and wear.
