Default tires

i have the 04 wheels, and i need to replace the tires soon. I was thinking about getting the s-03's but don't know if i should get the standard 245/40/17 and 215/45/17 or if i should go with 255/40/17 in the back and 225/45/17 in the front. Will the offsets of the stock rim rub? Has anyone done these on their wheels? I believe the rim size is 17x7.0 and 17x 8.5

especially if you're not lowered, you'll be more than fine!

Just bought some new wheels same specs as stock Ap2s, I also got the 255 and 225 (need wider tires for the SC) everyone told me it would fit fine as long as your not lwoered.

the question is a little more involved than 225 vs 7" ........... specifically a 225/45-17 will fit on the 7" wheel. You go shorter on the side wall and it wouldn't.
