Secondly the difference in width is fairly small amounts in the tread width. It will actually look and perform better because you have more usable tread.
Do you daily your car? If you do you may want to consider a different tire than either of these because you will wear through them pretty quick but if you don't daily or don't drive very far you will be fine.
