Does anyone have a cv boot clamp tool that is going to the tech day? My OEM straps broke and I just picked up replacement straps from Honda.
I don't have "the" tool but I have tools that I've used that work good enough .....

so, um, how often are you supposed to change the tranny fluid anyway?
Every three weeks. Haven't you been doing that?

(15000 miles is probably good. I don't remember what Honda says is recommended.)

I'm might be down to flush some fluids
.... as long as you don't flush them on the floor of the garage per your usual MO (running low on kitty litter due to you and your kind )

Mr. T: What time works for you?

And... In case this runs into the 6:00 pm hour, do you get speedtv in the bat cave? They'll be airing the first race of the MotoGP season - a night race in Qatar!
@ 6 pm here is it night time in Qatar?

No worries, the BatCave has two TVs (one in the ummpa lummpa room in addition to the Drive-In theater one)

I seem to recall the manual recommending a ludicrous change out schedule - 45k? Seemed way too high. Diff fluid, too.

I do both every 15k as well. Seems to be a good balance.

I will probably stop by for a while... unless I get off my arse, order everything I need for my 90k, and drive 2000 miles this week.

I'll have to ask russ what his trick is with the STI I think he said he just removes the plastic undertray before "releasing" the oil

Cool. I have plans for that afternoon, but I might try to swing by for a bit to watch one get done and learn so I can do it later. I guess by your definition I'm behind on this.
