It all depends on what you want to do with your car, but if you want to learn to drive it hard, IMO keep it stock with a good performance alignment. The stock setup is not competitive for Nationals in autoX, nor is it going to be breaking any records out on the road tracks. But it's pretty well balanced, and you can learn a lot about driving with it. (It's not the easiest car in the world to drive beyond about 6/10, but if you wanted an easy fast car you should have bought an Evo. Right, Marek?)

When you are good enough to know exactly what handling characteristics you want to affect, that's when you should start asking these questions.

The exception, for a 2003 car, is that you might want to look into getting an anti-bumpsteer kit for the rear. I have the TC designs version, and I think it really did help the feel of the car in certain situations (basically, bumpy corners).

On the other hand, if you just want an interesting mod list to rattle off at the next Honda-Tech meet, I'm not the guy to ask advice from.
