I have a motorcycle that is registered in California, and has California license plates, anyone can help in terms of how to sell it and transfer the title in Washington state? do I simply sign off the tittle to the buyer?

^^ I would print both just in case. I believe that's what I did when I bought my WRX with a CA title last February. If I remember correctly, the owner of the car signed over the title and a bill of sale / report of sale that was filed with CA, and a WA bill of sale that I used to register the car here.

 

I done this a couple of times. WA bill of sale should be sufficient. If the CA title is yours (not the bank's) then you should have no trouble transferring it.

 

Nothing too hard. Bill of sale and some $ is all you need (oh, and title too).
