Varies a lot depending on how much traffic there is and whether you can use the carpool lane. In rush hour traffic I'd budget the better part of an hour...

Should be light right up to downtown. Of course it depends on if we're talking about a weekday or weekend. May be slightly congested when you hit downtown though.

If there's a wreck or construction - all bets are off.
