Aren't you doing the Saturday thing in Pac raceway? A lot of racing for one weekend Jerry.
I'll see you on Sunday if they don't let me in the school as last min entry.

I've had an acute monetary pinch the last two weeks and I wasn't able to scrape together the entry fees for Saturday. I will be at the track filming though.
If you can't get enough of the S2000's, come to Dim Sum Sunday morning and then join us for the Autox in Everett.
Please note that you need to pre-register for this event if you would like to compete.

wow
It was a great event today - we must congratulate Jerry for getting
first place in the PA class with a 45.XX clean and coming out of it all
with a trophy. great job jerry!
I must admit it was great watching him take out the timing equipment
and making his whole run group wait for about 20 mins until they hooked
it up again
my times were very consistent but still too slow
1. 51.XX + 1 cone
2. 51.XX CLEAN
3. 51.XX + 1 Gate + 1 cone
4. 51.XX clean
and a wonderful performance by jeff chin running for the first time
in novice and winning a trophy!

What a blast! Got to watch Jerry and Mira in that uncontrollably fast S2000 use all of the course - of course he totally ruled his class
Got to hang out with cool folks like Sean and Melody, (total enthusiasts from BC) SOS Chris, AlgaeH8r, Sumas2K - a regular S2k love fest.
This is the first time I've seen more than one S2k on the highway at a time. Very cool. Gonna have to do more group stuff for sure.
I was rather nervous - I was having so much fun just chatting that I neglected to walk the course So my first run was uh... somewhat different than the course layout required. And don't get me started about looking like a complete dork after hitting my wipers while flailing at the wheel...
Finally started kind of figuring out the track and took home some metal! The one liter beer afterwards was pretty nice as well hehe...
Kudos to Jerry for keeping his car mostly under control with a really weird alignment setup. Basically had some weird toe settings that made it set up perfectly for a NASCAR oval track. It was pointing left all the way!
Looking forward to doing it again (and seeing more of you guys out there representin' the S2k) It's a great autocross car - it just does what you want it to do. How often can you drive sideways on the street?!?
YeeHaaaa!

Yeah were sitting in the grid and one of the other guys walked by my car with a very puzzled face. Then he got down on the ground and started staring at the wheels from different angles. Then Stacey brought out the tape measure...
Left Rear: +1/4 toe out
Right Rear: 0 toe
Mira had been complaining from her session the rear end was impossible to keep in check around turns. It looks like she was right. On right hand turns the rear would swing out without any effort and transitions were scary to say the least. Then again, it sure made for a show and I was still able to crush the rest of the Prepared A class by 2.5 seconds.
