Who told you that? What was the rationale? I've not heard of one failing yet. Certainly mine (more than 2 yrs old and used as a daily driver in Seattle area) shows no signs of wear and tear except a slightly increased tendency to make popping and rattling noises.

No way, dude. I have to wear a hat *and* use sunscreen just to drive around in my S the way Mr. Honda intended it to be driven (top down, of course).

Ted should be a salesman. He sold me on the S2000. Right, Ted?

And what's great is the white people in our little group whoop the snot out of the yellow people in driving skills.

Ted Peters, Jerry Peterson, Mike Garrison, Ron Bauer v. Ray & Steve

Wait... let me rethink that...

Ken, your RSX-S did look fantastic, but I saw rice tendencies in you when you showed up at the dyno with a base automatic RSX with a fancy body kit and decided to dyno that slow POS in the first place ($ down the drain).

And the other rice tendency is guys who throw a boner each time they think of a header, intake, or exhaust adding up butt dyno worthy hp on a Honda 4-banger engine.

Let me save you the time and money and tell you you'll put down a little over 200hp at the wheels, maybe less since your engine isn't fully broken in yet. Anyways, if you're only going to be doing wheels, suspension, and a front spoiler, why bother?

Spend that money on the driver school coming up on 3/13-14. It'll be good times and you'll get to spend time with some of us fools.

Ken,

I like said earlier, don't spend too much $$$ on your S2K, then trade it in for NSX a year later. At lease, that's what's been happending to your base RSX and Type S. I'm pretty sure you will have nice mods on your new S2K.

Ben, do you wanna come over with me to dyno this Sat.?

I am not going to spend a lot of $$$ on my S2k. This car looks good stock and I am very happy with stock suspension. Right now I am leaning toward keeping this car all stock. This car definitely will not have any I/H/E upgrades or any engine upgrades. I know you guys wouldn't believe this coming from me but I am sick of modding cars....it is just a waste of money. I am just gonna enjoy driving this car..

What???

"Driving"? Is that something that happens after one mod is finished and before the next one begins?
