^^ well... lets see, i have been on here for over a year now, and in the other forums noone has had any confrontations with me of any sort. it has been nothing but pleasantries and relaxation. what it should be. UNTILL YOU GUYS.

so maybe you should ask yourself what you are doing wrong.

seriously. go back and look at my original post in this thread... and then think again if anything that followed thereafter was called for by any of you.

im a nice guy, and not the person that most of you now probably take me for. im here as a contributing member of the forums and our society. just not that cool of a start with some of you. i dont hold grudges though... im pretty much over it unless it continues....

There may be a number of assholes on this board
Inquiring minds wonder why "asshole" is one word, rather than two.

It is to denote singlemindedness. And a propensity for run-on sentences.

That monkey is actually being "comforted" by the "robot". It's from a classic experiment where monkeys were raised and fed by fake "mothers". Some of them were just made out of wire, but others had soft fur and looked kind of monkey-like. The idea was to see whether the monkeys that had soft and "comforting" mothers were less screwed up than the monkeys that had hard, metal mothers.

Says more about the researchers than the monkeys, perhaps.

Monkeys were less psychotic with furry and soft "mothers".
