Street legal? No.
You can't modify a car to that extent and have it be street legal. Modifying safety equipment or emissions controls, from the strictest view of things, is not legal. Read through the FMVSS some time; does your aftermarket brake provider do repeated stops (and document that) to verify safe operation? Look at EPA/CARB's rules some time. Do you really think your cat bypass pipe and aftermarket fuel system are legal?
A lot of us aren't "street legal". That doesn't mean it's not streetable, or even registrable, just that shouting "look at my street legal 1700 hp car" is inaccurate.
