i got my star specs price matched at the renton village discount tire. you could always have tirerack drop ship them to one of their preferred local installers.

I just got a set at discount and then lowballed them $50 on the total price. They bent a lip on my wheels mounting them but are fixing it at no cost. Other than this issue they've been good to me.

I just figured your vote wasn't against all Discount Tires but just the ones near you. I paid $722 out the door for 225/45 255/40 17.

I vote the tire rack option - ordered from Jim at Tire Rack on Tuesday, had them here in Bellevue fitted by Friday - good price and service and the fitters have set rate cards. Will do it again on my other car

have only heard excellent remarks about bellevue discount. the 6speed crowd all swears by them.

i order through tirerack and have them drop ship the tires to ftl performance. you'll find pricing on his site: http://www.ftlperformance.com

if you want great service and no worries about damage to your wheels, FTL is the place to go.
