Ive unpinned this topic since clearly this isn't happening on the proposed date for the 4th time. Thanks for the response Danjoy. May I suggest opening a new thread (I can close this one) and set a poll if you like, on the dates in question and the opening post with your plans. But I suggest you find out if these dates are available to run a group at PGP first. Ive devoted about as much energy into helping you with organizing suggestions then just taking it completely over and doing myself. I may end up doing that anyway because its something I think a lot of us would like to do, but this was your baby, your idea and I'm not interested in stepping on your toes. If you don't have the time or energy to see your idea to fruition then don't do it.

I have no opposition to you taking this over and planning it, I want this to happen it was a fantastic idea. My biggest concern is $300 price tag for track rental so I have been extremely worried about attendance. I feel like if you were to plan this event the community may feel more inclined to show.
