Did they block a time slot of 12pm for the group? You mentioned meet up for 12pm in thread, but not sure if that's when the groups session starts, in which case arriving at least 30min before to sign in etc would be needed. Just wanted to get clarification for anyone interested in thread.

Also might be good to post confirmed cost in OP. And any other details that would be helpful, like an address?

You have a good idea, but now the work of finalizing and coordinating it begins, if you want anyone to feel confident in showing up. Otherwise I predict the potential for this event falling on its face, which would be a shame since its a great and fun idea. We just need more concrete information.

Hey just realized that the July 6th date is the same date as the Portland charity drive. So now I dont know what to do.
